STR's Idhu Namma Aalu with Nayanthara is one of the highly expected movie of the year, Director Pandiraj recently announced that the film's teaser will be out on Pongal. Now the latest is that the background score for the teaser is yet to completed leaving the director Pandiraj a bit upset.
Produced by Simbu Cine Arts, Idhu Namma Aalu is the musical debut for STR's brother Kuralarasan. The film also stars Andrea Jeremiah, Soori and Santhanam. Here is Pandiraj tweet regarding the teaser and the Background score

STR's Idhu Namma Aalu directed by Pandiraj has some huge expectations attached to it, The reunion of STR and Nayanthara after 7 years is one the main highlight of the film. There was a rumor going around recently the film was dropped due to certain unknown reasons.
STR in a recent interview expressed his view on the rumor, "I used the 20 days break to get a new haircut, immediately there were news that the film was dropped, the film's continuity was ruined and so on, This is actually Idhu Namma Aalu's climax look Happy ? I felt like shouting out this is my movie, What is your problem ?"
STR also revealed that Vaalu has come out really good and his chemistry with Hansika was excellent and so is the combination scenes with Santhanam.

National Award Winning Director Pandiraj is currently into STR's Idhu Namma Aalu, The film has been grabbing the headlines for the reunion for ex-lovers in STR and Nayanthara and also for the rumors of a rift between the Director and the hero of the film STR. Pandiraj opened up in a recent interview and addressed both the issues.
Director Pandiraj confessed that his friends did warn him on making a movie with STR and also went behind his back to mock him for the unexpected break in Film's shooting. Pandiraj however said he absolutely trusted in STR and he just could not see anyone other than STR playing the lead role in the film. Pandiraj was also all praise for the hardcore fans STR has, With no movies in 2 years still their fans absolutely adore their star who just easies into performance and completes the shots in one takes.
Pandiraj also revealed that so far he has shown the film's trailer to Surya, Arya,Santhanam, Sasi Kumar and Suseenthiran they were all praise for the trailer and he whatsapp'd the trailer to Nayanthara who thanked him for giving her a good movie.

STR's Idhu Namma Aalu has always been in the news be it for the reunion of ex-lovers in Nayanthara and STR or be it for the recent rumor that the film has been dropped due to various problems. Director Pandiraj has finally come out and thrashed the rumors by announcing that the film's dubbing works have been started.
The film is riding on huge expectations for STR-Nayanthara's on-screen magic which was last seen in Vallavan 8 years back. STR's brother Kuralarasan makes his debut as music director in this film.

Pandiraj talks about Jyothika's Comeback Movie
As SS Music reported yesterday there were numerous buzz that Queen of cuteness Jyothika was all set for a comeback to Kollywood with Director Pandiraj's next after STR's Idhu Namma Aalu. The Pasanga director in a recent interview to the Chennai Times clarified on the rumors
“Even I got to know of my meeting with actress Jyothika from tweets and posts on other social networking sites. However, the truth is I haven't met her until now nor have I narrated my script to her,Seeing all the interest that people have been showing in this issue, I feel this is a good idea and am now thinking of narrating my script to her"
There are also some unconfirmed reports that Jo was earlier approached by another Kollywood director but she had turned down that offer.

STR & Nayanthara's Idhu Namma Aalu (tentative Title) began with huge buzz, The reunion of ex-lovers garnered a huge expectation for this film. The current rumor going around about the movie is that the film has been put in the back burner by the makers after trouble with the actress.
Sources say Nayanthara had signed up for the film for a remuneration of 2 Crores but the producers are yet settle the balance amount of Rs 50 Lakh and hence the actress is refusing to complete her part in the film. STR is currently into Selvaraghavan film with Trisha while Nayanthara has moved to several other commitments in Tollywood.

STR's upcoming untitled project with Director Pandiraj is progressing at a very quick pace, STR has been updating on the various night shoots for the film, The movie is an rom-com with Telephonic conversations between STR and Heroine playing a major role, STR also revealed that "In Vtv all the time I was standing near the gate .... In Pandiraj film all the time I'm on the phone .... Lovooooo lovuuuu :)".Director Pandiraj has recently updated that he wants an angel as the heroine for the film and are still waiting for it. Our Young Superstar STR moments back has officially confirmed his next, As SS Music has been reporting for a quite a while, The actor's next is indeed with Director Pandiyaraj and it will be a Rom-Com. STR had this to tweet regarding the project
Starting a new project from Monday with dir pandiraj... producing it in my home banner and my brother kural is scoring the music...The film is yet to be titled... balu sir doing the camera work and suri is joining me for the first time...Rest of the cast and crew is yet to b finalised.... its a rom-com, not urban centred, sumthin diff from me for all u frenz! need ur wishes:).. Santhanam is also there... and all that you expect from me will also be there :) btw, in search of a romantic title ..!!??

Director Pandiraj who rose to fame with the National Award Winning Pasanga received a huge shot in the arm with yet another runaway hit in Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga and it was with this confidence that he had approached Dhanush with a script exclusively for him, However he seems to have turned down the offer citing his unavailability of call sheet.
It was at this juncture that Pandiraj approached STR with the same script to his surprise, STR not only said yes he volunteered to produce the movie as well. Another interesting element in the project is that STR's brother Kuralarasan will be making his mark as Music Director of the film.

Director Pandiraj's Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga's is now heading to Bollywood. The comedy blockbuster starring Siva Karthikeyan and Vemal was runaway hit for its comedy value coupled with some chart-busters from Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Sources reveal that Bollywood onlookers are keen on bagging the remake rights of the movie and the stylish actor Shahid Kapoor is the lead runner to star in this remake.
After recently signing up to direct STR for his next movie and now this Bollywood remake rights, things are going great for Director Pandiraj.

What's Brewing Between Vemal & Oviya ?
Ever since Oviya made her debut alongside Vemal in Kalavani , there were numerous reports of a possible love brewing between Vemal and Oviya. Kollywood was buzzing with furthermore reports of Vemal reaching out to the directors and producers in recommending Oviya to be part of his movie claiming she was her lucky mascot. Vemal and Oviya did pair up in several movies from Kalakalappu and very recently Sillunu Oru Sandhippu.
Oviya's career then hit a downward spiral after series of flops , things got more tough for Oviya when her ongoing venture 'Moodar Koodam' ran into some serious issues, but as SS Music earlier reported Director Pandiraj did provide Oviya with a lifeline by taking up the task of Producing the movie on himself, But official sources now reveal that it was Actor Vemal who provided the 50% of the movie's production expenses.
Recommending Movies for a start and now Producing Movies for Oviya , Well lets just wait and see What Vemal conjures up next for Oviya.

No STR For Pandiraj
As SS Music earlier reported , there was huge buzz in kollywood that after the success of 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' Pandiraj had roped in STR for his next. But the director has now come out and denied it as a rumor he said that the script is still in its formulation stage and he hasn't thought of any hero in specific but Pandiraj did hint upon saying the script will definitely suit a mass hero.

Silambrasan's Next with Director Pandiraj
Director Pandiraj who is riding high post the success of 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' has reportedly roped in STR Silambrasan for his next movie. Rumor mill has it that the Young Superstar was very much impressed with a script Pandiraj had sent him, and he would start off this project after the completion of 'Vaalu' and 'Vettai Manan'.

Whats Brewing between Oviya & Pandiraj
Actress being faithful to directors who give them the first break is a usual sight in kollywood, But an actress being totally dependent on a director is something new , that's exactly the case for Oviya.
Oviya made her foray into the the kollywood industry through 'Kalavani' which went on to be surprise hit in kollywood , earning huge accolades for Oviya, she even acted alongside Ullaganayagan in 'Manmadhan Ambu' but from then now, her career seemed dwindling down more and more , that's when she had a huge makeover and cameback with a huge hit in 'Kalakalappu' but still she found it very hard to bag more movies , her only release this year being 'Sillunnu Oru Sandippu' which turned to be a namesake release.
The latest buzz on Oviya is that, the actress seems to totally relying upon the Director Pandiraj decisions on accepting or rejecting a film offer , Pandiraj directed Oviya in 'Marina' which also went on to be a flop nevertheless. 'Moodar Koodam' was the latest film which was taken by Oviya on Pandiraj's advice , the director seems to have not only recommended the script but is also reportedly helping out Oviya by involving himself in Film Distribution. On Oviya's request to arrange for Major distribution , Pandiraj has taken it upon himself to distribute and release the film under his own Production banner.

Director Pandiraj's is currently relishing the success of "Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga" , The National Award director has delivered a definite hit this time. Speaking at recent press meet which has held during the release of the movie , Pandiraj revealed that Bindhu Madhavi wasn't the first choice to star in the movie, he first booked another heroine for the film , but that actress laid out so many conditions.
Pandiraj also added that his movie doesn't depend on any particular heroine, instead i might even apply make up to turn a man into a women rather than wait for an actress. Pandiraj did not reveal the heroine's name in interview, but hinted to journalists to find out for themselves.
Sources reveal that this heroine was none other than Lakshmi Menon, she had reportedly signed the movie and has asked the director Pandiraj to pause the shooting so that she can complete her 10th exams. It was at this juncture that Pandiraj had replaced her with Bindu Madhavi.
