An unfortunate event has occurred in the sets of Dhanush's Nayaandi Shooting which was held in Eda Melaiyur a village near Mannargudi, Tiruvarur District.
Co-artists Saraswathi and Viji died drowning yesterday when they set out to take bath in a pond, Another Co-artist Sukanya was fortunately saved by the passerby who saw Sukanya struggling in the water, Sukanya was immediately sent for treatment and is being given intensive treatment in Government Hospital.
This mishap has put the entire kollywood in a state of shock and grief.
