After the stupendous success of Madras, Catherine Tresa seems to be the toast of Kollywood. The actress is reportedly playing the female lead in a Suriya Starrer. A source close to the actress reported to Times of India that "Catherine loved the role and is very excited about the prospect of being paired opposite Suriya. It's a very whacky character and the filmmakers believe she would be able to carry it off with aplomb. Discussions are on and if all goes according to plan, Catherine would be sharing the screen with Suriya soon."
Looks like Catherine is well on her way to capturing a strong foothold in Kollywood. The actress next release is Kanithan with Adharva Murali.
