Director Shankar's next movie after I has been one of the most debated topics in industry right now, The ace director himself revealed that he has completed three scripts and one of them was Endhiran 2 but he wasn't sure which one he'll begin next. Now there is a huge buzz that Shankar's next would be Endhiran 2 with Superstar Rajinikanth and Aamir Khan.

Yes Times of India has just reported that Aamir Khan has given the nod to star in this magnum opus. Endhiran which released way back in 2010 is still the undisputed king of box office, Now with Superstar and Aamir Khan joining hands Endhiran 2 could well be the biggest film ever made in Indian film History.

As SS Music earlier reported The Legendary Mammootty posted a My Tree Challenge and nominated Vijay, Suriya and Shah Rukh Khan to take up the challenge, Vijay was first to accept the challenge and promised to plant around 25000 sapling and nominated student groups to take up the challenge.

Now actor Suriya has also accepted Mammootty's challenge and has nominated Aamir Khan, Mahesh Babu and Kicha Sudeep for My Tree Challenge. Suriya is always well known for his philanthropic activities and this one was not a challenge, but a responsibility to him. On his part of planting a tree, actor Suriya says that tree planting is close to his heart as afforestation is essential for a clean and green world says an official press release.

Dhoom 3's Record Smashing Collection

The 100 crore club is the still the illustrious target, Our Kollywood movies are striving to achieve but incase of Bollywood industry the Rs. 100 crore seems like a forgotten figure! The Dhoom 3, the latest instalment of the Popular Dhoom franchise has grossed Rs 501.35 crore ($83.56 million) worldwide since its release on December 20, 2013. 

On Monday, Yash Raj Films (YRF), the production house of Dhoom franchise, issued a statement citing figures for the worldwide collections. 

"Dhoom:3 continues to create history at both the Indian and overseas box office. It is now officially the first Indian film to cross Rs. 500 crore worldwide," read the statement from YRF. 

Dhoom 3 also broke the record for fastest entry into Rs. 100 crore, which was earlier held by Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Chennai Express.

In India,Dhoom 3 starring Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra, has grossed Rs. 351.29 crore, while in the overseas market, it has collected Rs. 150.06 crore ($25.01 million). 

The collection totals Rs. 501.35 crore.

Aamir Khan :

• The actor opened up saying he felt like a newcomer here as Dhoom 3 is being in Tamil and his waiting to see the response the audience give him. 
• I dont believe in the number games at all, For me my films have to recover the cost of production and that's it.
• I am a big fan of Rajnikanth, I saw in Geraftaar and fell in love with him, He is a great human being who is punctual and thorough professional.
• Every film is important for me, Process of filmmaking is equally important like the result. I want the audience to enjoy the movies that's what i really work for. I dont want to be typecast though, i want to do exciting and challenging roles and hence naturally attracted to them.
• I was in real doubt if whether i could do Ghajini, But it was Suriya who persuaded me to the role in Hindi and all thanks to him.

Katrina Kaif :

• I miss Chennai a lot, My mom stayed in Chennai for 5 years and then moved to Madurai. I love being here and i am thrilled to have my movie dubbed in Tamil.
• Doing action scenes in Dhoom 3 was tougher than Ek Tha Tiger, But we were trained by the best. It was very challenging especially the circus scenes.
• Language is the only barrier for me to do a Tamil movie, I have great friends here. Vikram is very good friend of mine and i absolutely love his Pithamagan movie.

Abhishek Bachchan :

• I have a deep bond with Chennai, Lot of tamil audience will get to see Dhoom 3 as it is dubbed in Tamil.
• I'm dying to do a tamil film, People in this industry are thorough professionals. I learnt a real lot working here.

Aamir Khan wants to Remake this Kamal Haasan Movie

Actor extraordinaire Aamir Khan was recently in Chennai to inaugurate a film festival alongside Kamal Haasan. The actor also did not miss the chance to catch up with  legendary director K.Balachander. Sharing various thoughts with the Director, Aamir also expressed his wish to remake Unnal Mudiyum Thambi, a yesteryear classic of K.Balachander which featured Kamal Haasan in the lead role.

Balachander had apparently encouraged the Dhoom star to take up the storyline and modify it to suit the current trend. K Balachander also appreciated Aamir's television series Satyameva Jayate and also wished him luck for his upcoming film Dhoom 3.
