Who's replacing Ilayathalapathy Vijay for Seeman ?

It's known that Ilayathalapathy Vijay was all set to act in Seeman's Pagalavan and Kalaipuli S Thanu was supposed to produce the film, Vijay however dropped out of the project and Thanu then produced Vijay's Thupakki and rest is history.

Now the latest buzz is that Seeman will be directing Pagalavan with Arun Vijay reprising the role originally written for Ilayathalapathy and Kalaipuli Thanu is expected to produce the film as well.

Director Seeman was also part of a controversy when he raised a complaint stating Lingusamy's first script for Surya's Anjaan was very similar to his movie and also forced Lingusamy to re-write an altogether different story for Surya.

Surya-Samantha-Linguswamy its on Again !!

Actor Surya is all set to commence his Linguswamy project from September. Yes the latest report coming in is that Director Lingusamy has completed penning an altogether different script from the one which was accused of being a copy of Seeman's Upcoming project Pagalavan http://ssmusictheblog.blogspot.in/2013/07/director-seeman-accuses-linguswamy-of.html. 

The script will be similar to his Blockbuster Sandakozhi which was initially penned for Vijay and then done by Vishal. Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be the heroine for the movie with Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring the music and Vijay Milton handling the cinematography and Anthony in charge of the cuts.

The Title of the movie is expected to be out soon.

Another Film to be Banned in Tamil Nadu even before its release ?

Yet another movie seems to be facing the ban even before its release in Tamil Nadu. John Abraham's Madras  Cafe which is slated for release on the August 23rd will also simultaneously release in Tamil. A Special screening of the tamil dubbed version was recently shown to 'Naam Thamizhar' Party who has been protesting against the movie.

Director Seeman, Leader of that party has said that the film is against Tamil people and LTTE. Seeman added that LTTE Chief Prabhakaran has been showcased as a Villain. The movie now faces a question mark over its release in Tamil Nadu , Will the movie be released as planned or will it be Banned ? We will have to just wait and watch !!

Director Seeman who recently signed up Jayam Ravi to star in Pagalvan(tentative tilte) has accused Linguswamy for stealing his story-line. Its a well known fact that Seeman initially approached Ilayathalapathy Vijay who after hearing the story agreed to star in the movie, Unfortunately Vijay dropped out of the project due to his call sheet conflicts, That's when Seeman signed by Jayam Ravi instead.

The Story of Pagalvan ?

Pagalavan Story is about how a honest doctor after getting frustrated with the mis-happenings in the society becomes a IPS Officer and solves these issues.

According to the latest reports Linguswamy's Surya Starrer also has the same story-line and reports also officially confirmed that Surya after Singam 2 success would be donning the police role again.

Seeman has now accused Linguswamy of blatantly copying his story and hence filled an complaint in Nadigar Sangam and Director's Association regarding this issue. Sources add Linguswamy is now looking into the possiblity of preparing a altogether different storyline for the movie.

There are numerous reports surrounding Director Seeman that he has secretly married Kayalvizhi, the daughter of former AIADMK minister and Assembly speaker Kalimuthu. Sources reveal that Seeman tried the knot to Kayalvizhi on October 1st on the wedding anniversary of late LTTE leader Prabhakaran and Madhivadhini.

Seeman on his career front is currently into the pre-production works for his upcoming movie with Jayam Ravi which has tentatively titled as Kobam/Pagalvan.

Jayam Ravi all set to officially replace Ilayathalapathy Vijay

As we earlier reported there were talks of Jeyam Ravi starring in Director Seeman's flick which was initially intended for Ilaythalapathy Vijay. This project was tentatively titled as Kobam/Pagalvan however Vijay dropped out the project for reasons unknown.

But the latest report coming in is that Jayam Ravi has officially confirmed that he will be taking up the Seeman movie after he completes all previous commitments in Nimirindhu Nil, Boologam and another movie with his brother Jayam Raja for AGS.

Jeyam Ravi to Replace Ilayathalapathy Vijay

However the latest buzz now is that Jayam Ravi who recently heard the story of Kobam was very impressed and immediately agreed to star in the movie.
