Vijay's role in #Vijay59 revealed !

Following the grand success of Kaththi, Ilayathalapathy is currently into Vijay 58 with Chimbudevan for a 45 day first schedule where a grand song featuring Vijay, Shruti Haasan and Hansika is being picturized. Now its already known that Vijay's 59th film has also been finalized, Kalaipuli S Dhanu produces the film while Raja Rani fame Atlee directs it.

The latest update is Nayanthara has given the green light to the film after being impressed with the storyline. Vijay 59 is an stylish action thriller in which Vijay is expected to play the role of a cop. The movie will hit screens in January 2016 for Pongal.

The technical team of Vijay 59 constitutes of Editor Ruben, Music Director G.V.Prakash and Cinematographer George Williams.

Kaththi connection in #Vijay59 !

Kaththi the biggest blockbuster of the year is breaking records with each passing day. Now the latest buzz is that Vijay's 59th film which will be directed by Atlee seems to have numerous Kaththi connection.

Cinematographer George C.Williams who hugely impressed in Kaththi has already worked with Atlee in Raja Rani is rumored to wield the camera once again for Vijay 59. Sreekar Prasad and Lalgudi N.Ilayaraja who worked in Kaththi are reported to have been roped in as the editor and Art Director for Vijay 59 as well.

Actress Nayanthara who has already paired up with Vijay in Villu is expected to play the female lead in this romantic entertainer.

It's already known that Ilayathalapathy's Vijay59 will be directed by Atlee of Raja Rani fame. The film was buzzed to be a romantic action entertainer. Now the latest is that along with Kalaipuli S Dhanu the film will also be jointly produced by Vijay Tv Mahendran and The Next Big Film which produced Raja Rani and Cuckoo.

There is also a growing buzz that Nayanthara has already been signed up for this Ilayathalapathy starrer. G.V Prakash will score the music for Vijay 59 which is incidentally his 50th film. 

There is also an unofficial buzz that Vijay and Gautham Menon might reunite to complete the Yohan Adhyayam Ondru in the near future.

Even with all focus on Ilayathalapathy's Kaththi, Vijay 58 and Vijay 59 are still grabbing the headlines. Ilayathalapathy's 58th film will be directed by Chimbudevan and has been tentatively titled as Maareesan. The film starcast has been officially confirmed which features Sudeep, Sri Devi, Hansika Motwani and Shruti Haasan. Now the latest update on this film is that Muthuraj the art director of the film is currently supervising a huge palace set in E.C.R and major portion of the film will be shot inside this palace.

While the update on Vijay 59 which is directed by Atlee will be important milestone in Music Director GV Prakash's career as it will be his the 50th film. Sources confirm that Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu has already paid GV an advance for this Ilayathalapathy Starrer which is expected to commence from mid June or July of 2015.

Now the latest update on Vijay 59 is that Kalaipuli S Dhanu who earlier produced Vijay's Thupakki will produce this Vijay Starrer which will be directed by Raja Rani fame Atlee. Raja Rani was one of the biggest hit of yesteryear, The film was widely appreciated for its stellar cast which featured Arya, Jai, Nayanthara and Nazriya. Atlee the debutante director recently revealed that actor Siva Karthikeyan was actually the first choice for the role of John which was played by Arya.

Atlee went on add that Actor Arya who happened to hear the film's story by chance wanted to be part of the film and made a special request to Atlee and hence Atlee had to replace Siva Karthikeyan with Arya. The director went on add that he and Siva Karthikeyan are still best of friends and will do a movie together soon.

Debutante Director Atlee created a strong impression with the hit blockbuster Raja Rani. The latest buzz is that the young director is scripting a new movie for Ilayathalapathy Vijay.

G.V Prakash Kumar the music director of Atlee's Raja Rani and also a close buddy of the director tweeted today that "Atlee's next with a big hero". This immediately sparked a response from fans if it was with Vijay which prompted the music director to immediately delete the tweet. 

Though there is no official confirmation, Sources report that Vijay has indeed said yes to Atlee. It's worth mentioning that Ilayathalapathy Vijay did recently sign up a new project produced by his long time manager and PRO P.T Selvakumar and Thameens, It's unclear if Atlee has been roped in to direct this project or will it be altogether different one.

Director Atlee who is currently directing the controversial Raja Rani starring Arya and Nayanthara opened up regarding his debut venture in a recent media interaction, Here is what he had to say 

Raja Rani is a family entertainer which would appeal to the mass audience. Both Arya and Nayanthara have lived the characters in the movie, there is a beautiful relationship between them which stretches beyond the screen, During the shoot both Arya and Nayanthara used to tease each other at the same time support each other. 

I received criticism for the movie story which really hurt me , i consoled myself and i started working with the thought that giving a good movie would be the healing medicine. I'm sure the movie would change prevalent mentality among the youth about marriage.

Though i bear the credit of being a student of Shankar's Film school i cannot forget A.R.Murugadoss , I would never forget the help he did as he volunteered to produce the movie after hearing the story. 

The movie stars Arya, Jai, Sathyaraj, Nayanthara , Santhanam and Nazriya Nazim.
