When KV Anand Missed both Thala & Thalapathy film

Director K.V Anand who has delivered huge blockbusters in Ayan and Ko is currently into Anegan with Dhanush. The ace director in a recent interview revealed that Anegan was initially scripted with Ilayathalapathy in mind but due to date clashes he turned down the film and recommended Dhanush instead. K.V Anand's earlier blockbuster Ko was also initially scripted with Thala Ajith in mind but the film didn't materialize and instead went to Jiiva.

Meanwhile there is currently an ongoing buzz that K.V Anand is nailed on direct Thala's 57th film, If the buzz is indeed true then K.V Anand has made up for the missed chances in quick time.

Big Buzz on Thala 57 !

Fans it's already known that Thala's 56th film will be directed by Siruthai Siva now there is currently a huge buzz going around Thala's 57th film. If the buzz is to be believed then Thala 57 could be directed by K.V Anand. Sources add that the Anegan Director recently met Thala and narrated a one liner for an action entertainer and Thala has apparently given the nod. 

It's worth mentioning that K.V Anand blockbuster KO was also initially scripted for Thala but was later offered to STR before Jiiva was finally casted. Hope Thala and K.V Anand do come together this time.

Superstar & Chiyaan to decide Dhanush's Future !

Dhanush's next Kollywood offering after the blockbuster Velai illa Pattathari is K.V.Anand's Anegan. The film's shooting has been completed and Harris Jayaraj is currently into re-recording works. But the makers are very hesitant to schedule a release date for the film. The reason being Superstar's Lingaa and Chiyaan Vikram's I. 

The release date of Lingaa and I is still very much unclear and since most of the screens will be blocked for these films leaving only secondary screens for other the makers of Anegan are still waiting for Lingaa and I to decide their release date.

As SS Music earlier reported there was a buzz going around that Thala Ajith might feature in K.V Anand's next. The K.O Director had initially written the script for Superstar Rajinikanth, However the movie never materialized and he instead approached Thala Ajith who gave the nod to the movie.

Sources now report that Thala Ajith's movie with K.V Anand has more or less been made official and the movie is expected to go on floors by the end of this year after Ajith undergoes his long impending knee surgery.

It's worth mentioning that Thala Ajith was K.V Anand first choice for his Blockbuster K.O but due to certain date issues Jiiva played the lead role.

Who's Directing Superstar Rajinikanth's Next ?

Who is Directing Superstar Rajinikanth Next ? That's currently the million dollar question in Kollywood. Rumors after rumors have been reported in this regard, There have been reports linking Shankar, K.V Anand and K.S Ravikumar who have all approached Superstar with scrips at various time avenues.

Sources now report that after hearing out all the three scripts from all the three directors, Superstar has gone with K.S Ravikumar as his final pick. Long time friend of Superstar and head of Rockline Productions Venkatesh is expected to produce this movie.

K.S Ravikumar did recently deny reports linking him to Superstar project stating his next was with Sudeep and he was not involved in Superstar's next in any manner "I've lost count of the number of times this rumour has surfaced! I'm not doing Rajini's next film; in fact, I will be directing Sudeep soon" said K.S Ravikumar. Only an official confirmation would clear these doubts.

Fans here is the latest hot buzz going around in Kollywood. Director K.V Anand who was earlier confirmed to direct Superstar Rajinikanth has however been declared a rumor and sources add Shankar will be helming Superstar's next. 

Now the latest is that KV Anand has approached Ajith for the same script which he narrated to Rajinikanth. It's worth mentioning that KV Anand initially scripted the Ko movie for Ajith but was replaced by Jiiva as things didn't work out.

There is no official confirmation on the project and Thala's next movie with Gautham Menon commences the end of January next year.

Though Superstar's Kochadaiyaan is still awaiting release, Rumors regarding Superstar's next are already flooding the Kollywood industry. There was a recent buzz that KS Ravikumar might re-unite with Superstar again. However the veteran director has clarified things stating "I've lost count of the number of times this rumour has surfaced! I'm not doing Rajini's next film; in fact, I will be directing Sudeep soon. I'm finalizing the details of that film, and will make an official announcement soon."

It's worth mentioning that there were also some reports of KV Anand narrating a script to Superstar and Shankar's next was Endhiran 2 with Rajinikanth.

No Alia Bhatt, it's Amyra Dastur For Anegan

Dhanush-K.V Anand Project has been titled as 'Anegan'. The shoot will begin on the 2nd of September at Pondicherry. The movie will also shot at Vietnam, Cambodia, Bolivia, Malaysia and other countries. The project is touted to be Action Thriller with a dose of romance.

The title Anegan means a Man with Many Shadows. Amyra Dastur of recently released Bollywood movie Issaq will be pairing up with Dhanush. The movie also stars veteran actor Navarasa Nayagan Karthik, Atul Kulkarni, Ashish Vidyarthi, Jagan and Many others. 

Certain reports point out that Anegan was a script initially drafted by K.V Anand for Ilayathalapathy Vijay who opted out due to his unavailability of his dates.

K.V Anand in a recent interview explained why choose the Bollywood beauty Amyra, "I wanted someone very young, who would look like a 17 or 18-year old, for the role. I was looking for a fresh face. We even did a photo shoot with Amyra, and she was very good in the audition". Yet another update on the movie is that veteran actor Karthik will be enacting a role of Love Guru (similar to role of Santhanam in Theeya Vella Seiyanum Kumaru).

The much awaited K.V Anand's Project Starring Dhanush is all set to kick off from the 2nd of September. The latest update on the untitled movie is that veteran actor Navarasa Nayagan Karthik has been signed up to play a crucial role. The lead heroine is yet to be cast, sources suggest K.V Anand is looking into Bollywood heroines for now.

Its Official Now : Dhanush's next is 'Thara Thapattai Ready'

After much speculations it's finally official now Dhanush K Raja's next is with Director K.V Anand titled 'Thara Thapattai Ready'. Initial reports had it that Anirudh might be scoring the music for the project however K.V Anand has indeed stuck with his favourite music director Harris Jayaraj with whom he has worked previously for Ayan, Ko and Maatraan.

AGS Production will be handling the production of the movie.

Superstar Rajinikanth last movie release was way back in 2010 when the Epic Endhiren was released. Superstar after recovering from a health scare and a dropped movie in Rana is currently anticipating the release of Kochadaiyaan which is directed by his Daughter Soundarya.

Who will Direct Superstar's Next ?

• K.V Anand ?

That's the million dollar question that's currently prevailing in Kollywood. Reports first suggested Director K.V Anand was the prime choice for Superstar's project, but after several rumors and denials he signed on Superstar's Son in Law Dhanush for his next movie. Which he meant he dropped out of the race to direct Superstar.

• K.S Ravikumar ?

Then came the reports of K.S Ravikumar directing Superstar's next. Sources added that K.S Ravikumar was reviving the dropped project Rana which was actually continuation of Kochadaiyaan. Sarathkumar also confirmed the news in interview. However latest reports confirm that K.S Ravikumar is all set to direct Sudeep of Naan E fame for his next.

• Shankar ?

Incoming reports now suggest that Director Shankar and Rajinikanth have held a secret discussion in-regard to their next movie. Shankar who was earlier linked up with Directing Vijay is now the prime candidate for the Superstar project. The duo have already delivered two epics in Sivaji and Enthiran.

Dhanush to act in a Script Drafted for Ilayathalapathy Vijay !

Dhanush after being showered heaps of praises for his tremendous performance in his Bollywood debut Raanjhnaa is back to Kollywood and is currently shooting for his Naiyaandi movie with Nazriya. Here is an interesting episode from the K.V Anand and Dhanush Project which is set to commence soon.

K.V Anand with an action script in Hand had waited awhile for Ilayathalapathy Vijay's call-sheet , However since his call sheet was already busy till the March of 2014, K.V Anand then drafted out a different script and approached Dhanush. 

Dhanush who himself longed for an action script agreed to act in a K.V Anand script which was initially drafted for Vijay and also made the request to not make any changes to the script.

Sources also reveal that Dhanush has allocated 150 days of his call sheet to the movie and Alia Bhatt is the front runner to play the lead heroine in the movie. The project is produced by AGS Entertainment.
