Desingu Raja is an upcoming comedy entertainer starring Vemal and Bindhu Madhavi, the film is set in two villages which are always in conflict with one another. Vimal plays a MGR Fanatic, whereas Bindhu Madhavi plays a die hard Rajinikanth Fan.
