Why Superstar's Baashha 2 will never Happen

The number of rumors surrounding Superstar Rajinikanth's next after Kochadaiyaan is absolutely countless. On one side there are talks that Shankar might commence Endhiran 2 with Rajinikanth whereas on the other side they are rumors that Superstar would unite with K.V Anand. However there is one movie every Kollywood fan would love to see Superstar be part of that's Baashha 2.

Director Suresh Krishna however in a recent interview spilled out the beans of the illustrious sequel and why it would never happen. The Director in the interview said that when he approached Rajinikanth for a sequel to Baashha, the Superstar simply refused. 

Suresh Krishna said that Rajinikanth felt that if the sequel came out exceedingly well, then the fans would completely erase Baashha out of their minds, Similarly if the sequel is not as good as the prequel then the fans would be really disappointed.

The Director Suresh Krishna also confirmed the above news to The Times of India stating "Rajini sir and I have spoken about a sequel a long time ago, but there have been no recent developments on that front. Right now, I'm focusing on Unarvugal, my TV serial, which comes close on the heels of Mahabharatha. I'm also planning a Telugu project."
