Director Visu Wants Thillu Mullu to be Banned

Director Visu one of the veteran directors of Kollywood, Who recently lost out to Vikraman in the election for Direction's Council has filled an High Court petition seeking a ban on Thillu Millu movie which is slated for a Friday release.
Thillu Millu featuring Shiva and Isha Talwar is remake of Superstar's Classic hit Thillu Millu , Director Visu who penned the screenplay and dialogues for the yesteryear movie wants a ban to be imposed. Visu has claimed the makers have not obtained his permission for the remake and hence it must be banned.
However the question on every kollywood member and fans lips is, What was Visu doing so long or wasn't he aware of the movie being made or is it just a marketing ploy by the makers to gain publicity for their movie ?
