The Biggest blockbuster of the year "Thuppaki is being remade in Bollywood with "Akshay Kumar" titled as "Pistol". A.R Murugadoss has already proved his remaking capability with Ghajini , which blasted the Bollywood box office.

The latest on the movie is that "Illayathalapathy" will do a item number along with Akshay Kumar, Vijay has already done a cameo for Akshay Kumar's Rowdy Rawthore.

Thupakki 2 to be Produced by Ayngaran International

As we reported earlier there were very strong rumors going around that A.R.Muragadoss has signed "Illayathalapathy Vijay" again for his next venture. Murugadoss hinted upon this possible reunion in a college cultural that was held in Anna University , He said Vijay was the most comfortable actor he has ever worked with and also hinted that we might see the "Return of Captain Jagdish".
But from the tweet just posted by the leading PRO in tamil Cinema "Nikhil Murugan" it looks like this project is  officially set to kick off from January 2012.
