DTH Premiere for Vishwaroopam 2

Our Ullaganayagan Kamal Haasan is not one to give up his dreams that easily. Kamal Haasan wanted to bring in a new innovation to tamil cinema by premiering Vishwaroopam on DTH a day before its theatrical release, but Kamal Haasan met fierce resistance from major section of theatre owners who saw the move as an attack on their livelihood.

The protest by cinema owners in Tamil Nadu, who had also urged the Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa to intervene, had Haasan change his mind.The actor and film-maker had also moved the Competition Commission of India (CCI) against certain theatre associations for restricting the release of his film. When this issue was finally resolved and then followed the protest by the Muslims community who felt certain movie scenes hurt their sentiments, But our Man Of Steel never gave up, controversies after controversies he just grew strong and so did Vishwaroopam.

However sources now reveal that Kamal Haasan wants to revive this dream by having a DTH Premier for Vishwaroopam 2. Will Kamal Haasan's Second shot at the DTH Premier pay off finally ?

The movie is reported to have grossed more than 200 crores worldwide , though the official bookkeepers do show a rather less conservative number. While the fans are rejoicing in the success of Vishwaroopam , Kamal Haasan is busy applying the final touches to "Vishwaroopam 2" which is stated as a diwali release.

Just Another 15 Days for Vishwaroopam 2

With or without the controversies "Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam" will forever be etched in history as a game changer in Indian cinema. This movie is all set to have a sequel in "Vishwaroopam 2".

Its already a known fact that this sequel would be based upon the happening in India as the teaser at the end of movie revealed. With majority of the shooting schedules having already been completed and the dubbing & re-recording also done for these scenes, Sources reveal that in a another 15 days the entire movie would be completed and sent to censor board for clearance.

Reports also reveal that Kamal Haasan has decided to play safe this time by cutting down on number of scenes and dialogues. It it believed that "Vishwaroopam 2" might be out in another 2-3 months.
