Superstar's stunning Lingaa teaser which absolutely stormed the internet has just crossed one million views. The teaser view count is currently 1,376,320 and fast etching towards 2 Million. Lingaa features Superstar in dual roles which is spread across different timelines. Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha play the female leads, K.S Ravikumar directs the film while A.R.Rahman scores music.

Santhanam talks about Superstar, Thala56, Anushka nickname !

Santhanam's career is at an all time and his currently juggling between his hero status and playing the comedic roles in other star's films. Yesterday a snap from Lingaa featuring Santhanam and Superstar went viral across all social platforms. In a recent interview to leading daily Santhanam said Superstar had a good sense of humor and both shared a good vibe and he felt as though he was working with regular younger heroes – Arya, Jiiva and others.

Santhanam went on add that before working with Director K.S Ravikumar he heard that he was tough task master but once he started shooting he really enjoyed working with him. Santhanam revealed he calls Anushka as Guruji since she was an ex--Yoga teacher.

Santhanam also confirmed his presence in Thala 56 which will be directed by Siruthai Siva and concluded saying he is planning to direct a film and wants a narrate this script to Udhayanidhi Stalin and Arya.

Trisha says Anushka is such a Kind Person !

It's already a known fact that Trisha and Anushka Shetty are a part of Thala 55, Gautham Menon in a recent interview revealed how he managed to pull off this stellar star cast of featuring two leading heroines in one film 

Firstly Anushka Shetty was signed up and then we felt it would be nice if Trisha played the second female lead in the film and hence i asked her, "ஏற்கெனவே அனுஷ்கா இருக்காங்களே… அவங்களைத் தாண்டி, எனக்கு எந்த அளவுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் இருக்கும்?" Asked Trisha. It was a fair question but before i could explain the role, Trisha said yes i will do the role. I then explained Trisha's hesitance to Anushka, who said 'No problem Gautham ill do her character and she can do mine".

When i told this to Trisha she said I knew Anushka would say like this, She is such a good hearted person. I have no problem i will do my role. Gautham Menon told this dilemma of scripting equal role to Anusha and Trisha to Ajith who said "Ji this all you will do just like that".

Gautham Menon reveals more secrets on Thala 55

Director Gautham Menon in a recent interview to Ananda Vikatan finally opened up and revealed some intresting snippets on Thala55. Here are some the highlights from the interview

• Hero begins his life in a wedlock when he is 28 years old and the film narration traces the journey of his life for the next ten years till he is 38. This is how GVM summed the story of the film.
• "ஒரு வெள்ளிக் கொலுசு போல இந்தப் பூமி சிணுங்கும் கீழ அணியாத வைரம் போல அந்த வானம் மினுங்கும் மேல - Ajith sir absolutely loved this lyrics by Thamarai and said this single song completely sums up his entire character in the film.
• GVM revealed that the getup changes were done by Thala himself after listening to the script. 
• Ajith sir learnt boxing and Guitar for the film out of his own interest has he felt it would help the role.
• GVM said Ajith sir fans will love this film a lot. Here is a sample dialogue from the film "Ovvoru ammavum than pillai epdi irunthalum azhagunu thaan solvaanga. Sila samayam poinu therinjum kooda solvaanga. Aana, en amma apdi sonnathu unmai". 
• GVM said he has still not narrated the climax to Ajith sir. He even asked me "Jii.. Innum neenga climax sollala. Avalo ragasiyama vechirukeengala ‘ஜி… இன்னும் நீங்க கிளைமாக்ஸ் சொல்லலை. அவ்வளவு ரகசியமா வெச்சிருக்கீங்களா?’னு இப்பக்கூட அஜித் சார் கேட்டார். சீக்கிரம் அவர்கிட்ட கிளைமாக்ஸ் சொல்லணும்!”".
• "You are beautifully maintaining your physique. I feel like hitting the gym whenever I see you. You are my inspiration"told Ajith to Arun Vijay.
• I was a bit worried on giving both Trisha and Anushka equal roles and told Ajith sir about this He said "Athalam neenga just like that panniduveenga".

Anushka Shetty getting Married !

Fans actress Anushka Shetty the darling of Kollywood and Tollywood fans is all set to quit acting after Baahubali, the reason Anushka is getting married ! Yes Times of India has just reported that a debutant director recently met Anushka at the shooting spot of Lingaa and narrated to her a heroine-centric script one which Anushka loved, But the actress did not accept the offer instead Anushka said she's getting married and has no plans to work on any film post marriage !

"It was only because of her marriage plans that she politely declined to work in this film, though she liked the director's script very much. Anushka will be settling down after her shoot for Rajamouli's film is over." Reported a source to Times Of India.

Sources also add that Anushka's husband-to-be, apparently, is not from the film industry, but a businessman.
