Now the latest is that the star Bollywood actor conducted a Q&A session of sorts with his fans, A fan posed an intresting question on how many times the actor had actually seen the original Thuppaki movie which starred Ilayathalapathy, Here is what he replied

Akshay Kumar's Holiday which is Bollywood remake of Ilayathalapathy's Hit blockbuster Thuppakki garnered quite the buzz yesterday with it's trailer launch. Now there is currently a buzz going in Kollywood that Vijay will doing a guest role in this Bollywood remake.

Though there has been no official confirmation, Reports are emerging that Vijay might do a small cameo just like how did in Akshay Kumar's Rowdy Rathore. It's worth mentioning A.R.Murugadoss who directed the original version is also helming the Bollywood remake.

The latest buzz is that Akshay Kumar having been impressed with the massive hit film has sent out word to the producers that he is intrested in bagging the remake rights.

Bollywood Action Hero Akshay Kumar has just smashed the Guinness World Record which was held by Michael Jackson. The actor's fan club Team Akshay are the people behind this epic record-breaking feat.

MJ's This is it held the record for being largest poster in the world, But Akshay Kumar's Boss film poster which was unveiled at Little Gransden Airfield, Little Gransden, UK, on October 03, 2013 was 58.87 metres wide and 54.94 metres high breaking the previous record by 15-20 percent margin.

Macro Arts (UK) did the manufacturing of the poster. Incidentally, Macro Arts is the same company that made Michael Jackson’s poster.  Reacting to the development, Akshay Kumar said, "It's a matter of honor. I thank everyone who made this possible."

The bollywood daredevil "Akshay Kumar's" next venture is "Naam Bhai Boss" .This is actually a remake of Malayalam blockbuster of "Pokiri Raja". During a song shooting which was choreographed by Prabhu Deva,  Akshay requested that "Apdi Podu" song from Illayathalapathy's Ghilli be screened so that he can draw inspiration from that song , as that song was more or less similar to the one they were shooting.
