AR Rahman to act in a Malayalam Movie ?

Off late there were numerous reports that Our Mozart of Madras was signed to act in a Malayalam movie, However ARR was quick to laugh off these reports citing it was a baseless rumor. 
Here is quick review of a recent interview by A.R Rahman
"I feel like Laughing at the reports that i am acting in Malayalam movie, i do not have the time with the schedules i have in hand, how could i possible act in movies ?"
