Petition Filed to Ban Vijay's Thalaivaa

Following Vishwaroopam and several other movies, The latest in line to be hit by a petition seeking a ban is Vijay's Thalaivaa. Director A.L.Vijay's brother Udhaya is essaying a key role in the movie and the problem has arised from there. 

Murugesan from Chennai has filed a case against the movie as A.l.Vijay's brother Udhaya had received 21 lakhs from and him and assured that he will repay the money once he received his salary.

Murugesan has also mentioned in the the petition that both A.L.Vijay and Chandraprakash Jain also assured the same and only then did he lend the money. Hence Murugesan has asked the civil court to issue interim ban on Thalaivaa release since he hasn't received money from Udhaya as assured.

Though the case in going on, Sources add this petition wouldn't be a big obstacle to the release of Thalaivaa.
