Shankar on directing Ajith !

A dream combo everyone is waiting for is Thala - Shankar. The magnum opus director in a recent interview to a weekly magazine was quizzed on when he'll direct Ajith ? Shankar said "I'm Always ready once i pen a script that suits for Ajith i'll personally narrate the script to him". (நான் எப்போதும் ரெடி, அவருக்கான கதை அமைந்ததும் நானே அஜித்திடம் செல்வேன்.)

Ajith was the first choice for Shankar's Jeans but things didn't materialize and Prasanth was roped in instead and rest is history. Like millions of fans we hope the duo soon come together and deliver a blockbuster.
