Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council are currently pondering on thought of holding 20% of the salaries to Heros and Heroines until they complete their participation in promotional events such as Audio launch and trailer release. Considering the recent events where several heroines have been reluctant to attend Audio launches, this new law would definitely change this atmosphere.
Recently Studio Green's Gnanavel Raja attended the Kolakalam audio launch and the film's heroine Saranya Mohan was absent at the event, the Producer spoke on this regard and said even Kajal was very intrested in attending All in Azhagu Raja audio launch , but she was asked not to, by her manager.
Looks like from now, the producers council might soon take action against heroines who are not attending these promotional events.
