A leading Tamil daily recently reported that Ilayathalapathy Vijay had a secret meeting of sorts in Kerala to start a political party and also met his fans in regard to the issue. It was also reported that all the events took place while the Jilla shooting took place in Kerala.
Vijay was quick to respond to the rumor, by sending out a press statement in which he said that He was in Hyderabad shooting for his film Jilla and not in Kerala. He added that he wanted to do two films every year from now on as he wanted to keep his fans happy.
