Ilayathalapathy's Kaththi first look as taken the social media by storm, The digital motion poster was the first of it's kind to be ever used for a Tamil movie. There is now a huge buzz going around that the motion poster may have been inspired by an ad which was done by New York Times in 2012.

There are now reports emerging that the Kaththi Poster might also be inspired from Bradley Cooper's The Words which was released in 2012. Here are the two posters side by side
