Title Controversy for STR's Vaalu

Well, It's a known fact that STR's next release is 'Vaalu' which features Hansika and Santhanam, but for the past 2 days a Paper AD of Director Akhil of Kaloori Fame has been appearing , it also bears the same title 'Vaalu'. 
With STR's Vaalu being one of the highly anticipated movie of recent times now another movie with the same title as certainly raised a lot buzz in kollywood. Let's just wait and see to who makes the first step in claiming foul.
