Music Director James Vasanthan Arrested

Kollywood Music Director and Popular TV Anchor James Vasanthan was arrested yesterday sometime around 7 o'clock in the evening for abusing his neighbour Radha Venuprasad, a 64 year old.

James Vasanthan and Radha were neighbours living in VGP Golden Seaview, Palavakkam. 

The trouble seems to have started when the musician started the construction of the his current house, years back. Radha who is Asthma patient seems to have suffered breathing problems due to the dust and this sort of lead to a verbal attack from both sides. Radha filed a complaint in May 2011 of verbal abuse and allegations of James Vasantham attacking her with a flower pot. However no action was taken back then.

But Radha has filed a fresh complaint against the music director for once again abusing her with offense swear words. Based on her complaint, The Neelankarai police have arrested James Vasanthan under three acts including Women Harassment Act.

The Music director however denied these allegations and said “I know the law will take its course. My conscience is clear. I trust in God above all.”
