Fans few hours ago there was a huge buzz going around that Dhanush has been arrested and this created an absolute furore among fans in various social platforms. Though Velai Illa Pattathari has been smashing the box office with its record breaking run, There have been numerous controversies surrounding the the film, First it was the poster which had Dhanush smoking a cigarette then there was the dialogue regarding Ramakrishna Mission school which led to defamation case being filed.

With these above issues, the rumors of Dhanush's arrest created a hype, but upon further enquiry it was revealed that this was just an baseless rumor and had no truth whatsoever.
