The comedy Superstar Santhanam is currently busy in Australia shooting for Ilayathalapathy's 'Thalaiva' , the shooting schedule is expected to go on till April 25th. However the Vaalu team are in desperate need of Santhanam to finish the already impending climax.
Vaalu was first scheduled as an Diwali 2012 release but was later pushed to Pongal 2013 which was then delayed to April 2013, now the makers have pushed the movie for August 15th release. However sources reveal that with Major Portions of the movie, and with 5 songs still left to shoot , it is very unlikely that August 15th would be probable release date for the Movie.
Hope the makers do complete the movie soon, and Vaalu serves up as Independence Day release to the fans.
