Dhanush's Maryan may have won the critics heart but it sort of failed to capture hearts of fans and hence did lackluster business in the box office.The soundtrack of the movie was however a super duper hit and also witnessed the first re-union of Ilayaraja family with A.R.Rahman as Yuvan Shankar Raja crooned for the song Kadal Rasa.
A.R.Rahman's Maryan has now received the prestige honor of being selected as the Tamil Album of the year by the world famous Itunes among the Best of the 2013. Here is A.R.Rahman's reaction
