Fans here are some quick updates on Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Jilla which features Mohanlal, Kajal Agarwal, Mahat, Poornima, Soori and many others. 

• The Jilla team has applied for censor which takes place today (December 31st). 
• The Trailer of the movie is expected to be out on New Year.
• Vijay's Character in the movie is Sakthi but is fondly called as Jilla due to attitude.
• Director Nesan revealed that people will start loving Vijay even more after watching Jilla as he has performed brilliantly in the film
• Vijay has requested the makers to put Mohanlal's name first in the title card as he is legendary actor.
• Both Vijay and Kajal Aggarwal play the role of a Cop in the movie.
• Thala Ajith has also wished Nesan for Jilla sucess during the movie's shoot.
