Wanting to know the secret Mohanlal questioned him and got the answer that it was just by following a good diet and regular exercise.

Mohanlal who took up Kamal Haasan's advice has reportedly reduced about 7 kgs within a month's time. It's worth mentioning that Kamal Haasan's 59 yrs old while Mohanlal is 53.
